Cancellation Policy

Reschedule of appointment can only be done one time (unless due to the weather condition). Cancellation can be done online. Refund usually takes 7-10 working days processing (depends on your bank/provider). Online confirmation will be provided for successful booking and cancellations. Eighty percent (80%) refund from the fee will be given for cancellation made at least one day before the schedule. In the event that learner failed to appear on the stipulated schedule, or cancelled the appointment within the same day, 100% of the agreed-on fee is retained to cover for the coaching preparation. For Package plans, four lessons can be utilized for two months. Learners can book their preferred schedule within two consecutive months (subject to availability). In the event that extension of plan is needed due to schedule availability, exceptions can be arranged depends on the learner/coach agreement. Refund for cancellation of package plan/s will depend on the number of lessons utilized. In the event that learner decide to cancel after utilizing some of the lessons, the lesson/s utilized will be charged at a normal rate and the balance of the fee will be refunded.
